Establishment of a number of framework agreements for the next 3- 5years for the provision of litigation legal services to CIE and the Operating Companies in relation to delegated Relevant Claims in the District, Circuit and High Courts, as required. The CIE Claims Investigations Department is responsible for investigating claims in respect of Third Party Personal Injury, Employers’ Liability and Property Damage (including recovery claims) against the CIE Group of Companies (the “Relevant Claims”).
