The turn key fit out of the National isolation Unit which consists of a two bed facility that will provide care for patients with the most hazardous infectious disease for example Ebola Virus Disease or Avian Influenza. . This is approx 600 meter 2 foot print. Same are to be located on Level 0 in the new Infectious Diseases ward block on the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital campus.
The floor will be handed over as shell and core and the scope of work will include all works required to hand back the National Isolation Unit in a turn key condition. This will include all erecting all partion walls, fire stopping, installation of ensuites, creation of UPS rooms, server rooms ,ward pantries, store rooms and all electrical and mechanical works to create PPVL and negative pressure isolation rooms to a HBN 04 Supplement 1.
