The supply, delivery and installation of emergency mobile homes for the Traveller communities

Dublin City Council is seeking tenders for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Caravans/Mobile Homes to Dublin City Council for a period of two years. The tender will be for a period of 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of one year (Max 3 years total) in line with the Traveller Accommodation Programme 2019 - 2024. The tender will serve to supply caravan/mobile home under the Pilot Caravan Loan Scheme 2021 and the Emergency Mobile Replacement Scheme. The schemes serve to supply the Traveller community with quality replacement accommodation as the current caravan/mobile homes are not safe for a variety of reasons such as storm damage, age etc. The succesful tenderers will supply caravan/mobile home for families requiring two, three or four bedrooms to cater for the individual family needs. The Council may require caravan/mobile homes that cater for those who may have special needs due to limited mobility, physical or other disabilities.

It will be a condition for the award of any contract by Dublin City Council that the successful Tenderer and all sub-contractors (if applicable) produce a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in compliance with Circular (43) 2006 (or as amended) and that the certificate will be maintained for the duration of the contract and will be on a 12 month basis. In the case of a non-resident Tenderer, a statement of suitability from the Revenue Commissioners will be required. 3.
