Same are to be located on the 4th, 5th and 6th floors on the new Infectious Diseases ward block on the Mater Misericordiae University Hospital campus.
The 3 no floors will be handed over as shell and core and the scope of work will include all works required to hand back the wards in a turn key condition. This will include all erecting all partition walls, fire stopping, installation of en-suites, creation of UPS rooms, server rooms,ward pantries, store rooms and all electrical and mechanical works to create PPVL and negative pressure isolation rooms to a HBN 04 supplement 1.
