Supply of Custodial locks, high-security locks keys, and associated parts for all prison sites throughout Ireland
The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a framework agreement for the supply of Custodial locks, high security locks, keys, and associated parts. The locks must be compatible with existing doors without modification to the doors.
Custodial Locks and high security locks are defined as high security mechanical, electrical and electronic locks used in a custodial setting such as a prison for purposes of restricting movement of incarcerated persons within the prison.
The successful tenderer will deliver Goods to a single destination in Dublin.
This framework agreement will relate the full range of locks, keys and associated parts which can be purchased at any time over the life of the framework. It is anticipated that call-off contracts which will be by way of a Purchase Order/Letter of Award on the basis of Contract Terms and Conditions which will be agreed for an Initial Term for a period of up to two (2) years, with the option at the Contracting Authorityโs discretion to extend for durations deemed appropriate subject to agreement and/or negotiation.
