The OGP intends to run a competitive procurement process for a single supplier goods framework for the supply of bulk liquid fuels (unleaded petrol, automotive diesel, kerosene and low sulphur gas oil 10ppm (SFGO)) during Q1 of 2021. This may result in the establishment of one or more frameworks 1, or other contract types, available for use by Public Sector Bodies 2.
As part of the process, the OGP wishes to take soundings from the market regarding:
โ€ข supply capabilities to provide bulk liquid fuels to the Irish Public sector;
โ€ข security of supply/supply chain;
โ€ข OGP strategy objectives;
โ€ข relevant EU/national legislation to be taken into consideration.
