The services will require the presence, of both a solicitor and a legal assistant, to work 'in-house' at Waterways Irelands’ Head Quarters in Enniskillen on a routine basis to provide all property associated legal services. The service provider will also advise Waterways Ireland and/or seek the opinion of legal counsel as required, on all relevant legislation or issues pertaining to its operations and functions, including general business and commercial legislation, health and safety legislation, Irish legislation relating to public sector bodies such as environmental and planning Law, the Organisation’s own legislative basis and navigation Bye Law.
