The purpose of this RFI is to gather market information for Protected Disclosures Services.
The Office of Government Procurement in conjunction with the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform is considering the establishment of a 2nd generation framework for Protected Disclosures Services to assist public bodies manage protected disclosures.
It is envisaged that services may be delivered by external market operators to be procured in accordance with national and EU public procurement rules. As part of this process, the Office of Government Procurement wishes to take market soundings to identify market capabilities.
