Short description
The works consist of the development of 39 No. dwellings, comprising of 15 No. (2 x 1 bed and 13 x 2 bed) apartments and 24 No. houses (2 x 4 bed, 10 x 3 bed and 12 x 2 bed). The site works will include the complete provision of infrastructural services, roads, footpaths etc to services the site, which is currently a greenfield site.
