Bespoke print provision including print fulfilment for corporate, advertising and marketing needs (campaign requirements, etc); special items (e.g., A5 Booklets, continuous NCR sets) Day to Day items (Posters, Flyers, Stationary, direct mail print (printing and despatching of letters with data provided by company etc.)), marketing signage, pull ups, exhibition backdrops etc. High quality print with quality control checks and short delivery timescales such as overnight and sometimes same day deliveries are fundamental elements of bespoke print requests. Inserting and kitting are often required also.

Description of the procurement
There are in excess 690 print codes in the Print Management Companyโs stores with a current stock valuation of circa โฌ150k. Stock is ordered by ESB authorised staff over the internet from the Print Management Companyโs internet ordering system, often in low volumes for delivery to ESB locations nation-wide & paid for by way of online debit card payment. There are currently 120 authorised ESB users who place orders, and there is an average of 10 orders per day / 300 per month and an average of 4 picks per order. This is an all-island solution. Regular reporting required confirming the quantity and volume of stock being stored.
