— phase 1 – new science block – construction of standalone extension including site works, re-routing of services, drainage, a rainwater harvesting system and PV panels on adjacent roof, installation of underground tanks; all required to be completed prior to works to the existing science rooms (phase 3),

— phase 2 – senior block / main central area / administration block – phased re-roofing and refurbishment works of the existing main school building internal and external; to commence only when decant to temp. accommodation is complete,
