The development will consist of: the removal of the existing foundations and access ramp associated with a previously located prefabricated building; and the construction of a two storey extension to the existing Research and Training facility building to provide an additional 1 500 m of laboratory floorspace and ancillary facilities. The resulting total gross floor area of the building will be 7 985 m.
