The purpose of this RFT is to establish a multi supplier framework agreement for the provision of liquidation and receivership Services to the Office of the Revenue Commissioners which will include
1) Insolvency practitioners for nomination in court liquidations, creditor voluntary liquidations and receivers by equitable execution; and
2) Expert advice on insolvency issues.
