RTÉ plans to rollout Hybrid Meeting Rooms over the next three years, starting with the fit out of up to 37 MS Teams Rooms devices in 2021 and the installation and commissioning of existing systems for a further six. RTÉ is also seeking to enter into a framework agreement with a supplier for future supply and services. RTÉ plan to upgrade a maximum of 100 meeting rooms in that period. The estimated cost is for the duration of the rollout.
