Media Placement Strategy, Media Planning and Media Buying Services for NUI Galway

The purpose of the Media Placement Strategy, Media Planning and Media Buying Services Single Framework Agreement is to provide the Contracting Authority with a full-service content strategy, media planning and media buying service across all traditional and emerging media channels, full service digital solutions (display, mobile, paid search, search engine optimisation and social media), content planning, benchmarking data solutions and reporting (the โ€˜Serviceโ€™), whilst providing value for the taxpayer.
The successful tenderer will be required to adopt a strategic approach to media planning and buying requirements for the Contracting Authority. Like many universities, the Contracting Authority communicates with a diverse range of audiences, from prospective students to prospective research participants to a range of global stakeholders, which is a very competitive marketplace.
