The brief for the project is to design and procure additional accommodation for the school as set out in the schedule of accommodation in Appendix A, which includes provision of additional accommodation 2021 – 4 x mainstream classrooms, 3 x SET room, 2 classroom SEN base and 1 x WC for assisted users at Scoil Iosa, Ballyhaunis as per attached brief roll number 20142I.

The above description is indicative of the size and nature of the project but the extent of accommodation to be provided may increase or decrease.
