The project envisages a new facility which will be home to new start-up businesses and entrepreneurs working in technology based projects to come together which will create a place for innovation and cross fertilisation of ideas. The project will also create a public facing cafรฉ and beside this, exhibition and small-scale conference facilities which can create an interface between these new businesses and ideas with the wider world.
