Dublin City Council wishes to invite tenders to establish a 2-year single party framework agreement for provision of fine art insurance services for The Hugh Lane Gallery.
The initial contract will be awarded for a period of two (2) years.
The framework will be used to meet the gallery’s fine art insurance requirements which includes the basic annual insurance of the collection, as well as any exceptional cover that may arise during the lifetime of the framework. (E.g. when temporary exhibition loans, general transit of artworks, or cover for the ‘Hugh Lane Bequest’ exceed their usual limits: see Section 3 in RFT, for more details).
The initial contract is for the provision of Fine arts insurances services for the Hugh Lane Gallery for the period 1 June 2021 to 31 May 2023 (both days included).
