Description of the procurement
Fรกilte Ireland is seeking to appoint a Digital Agency partner with the ambition to lead the transformation of our B2B digital platforms and communications.
We are conscious that our current ecosystem: the websites, social channels and digital portals, email data management have become complex to navigate and resource-heavy to manage due to developing organically and being driven by organisational requirements rather than that industry needs. We want to develop a fully integrated and streamlined digital footprint based on best practice digital principles to achieve more efficient and aligned workflows and scalable processes and communication protocols, leading to smarter resource and operational efficiencies and a better experience for all stakeholders.
Therefore, we are looking for an agency partner to guide and ignite transformation from strategy through to execution. This will involve evaluating the impact and delivery of our current eco-system to deliver our B2B strategy and objectives and in turn identifying what changes are necessary to be best-in-class in the B2B digital space. This agency will partner and lead teams as we navigate change, capitalise on new opportunities, and stay at the cutting edge of B2B communications and marketing.
Fรกilte Ireland want to appoint a dedicated B2B Digital Agency to lead in the following areas. We anticipate that delivering on full scope may require working as a consortia and/or with Prime/Subcontractors and please include and give visibility of this structure as part of your response.
Remit:
1) B2B Digital Strategy and implementation:
โ the development and implementation of a digital strategy resulting in the transformation of our B2B Digital Eco System over the next 2 years,
โ the mapping and delivery (in conjunction with other partners as appropriate (e.g., web development agency) of all digital platform and communication requirements for B2B stakeholders.
2) Content Development and Production:
โ deliver on all omni-channel B2B content requirements i.e., content ideation, production and channel maintenance across appropriate owned channels for all B2B stakeholders.
