For the purposes of responding to the PQQ the tenderer should outline their experience across the following tasks:

1) Supporting the procurement of turbine supplier, operations and maintenance provider, Civil Balance of Plant (CBOP) and Electrical Balance of Plant (EBOP) Contractors;
2) Providing technical support during the technical due diligence as part of the project financing process;
3) Support the Bord na Móna project team in relation to statutory consents and obligations;
4) Undertaking the role of the engineer under the civil and electrical balance of plant contracts and the role of employer’s representative under the turbine supply agreement;
5) Liaising on behalf of the owner with the transmission system operator and transmission asset owner to co-ordinate all necessary interactions;
6) Providing technical input to the owner during the execution of commercial and regulatory activities relating to the development and construction of the wind farm;
7) Project and contract management of large wind farm developments.
