Duration: 60 months Description of renewals:
Costs to be based on diesel fuel prices at time of bid. Prices to remain fixed for period of 12 months and will be subject to annual review. Should diesel pricing fluctuate 25 % +/- a renegotiation of pricing may be permitted. Increases, if any, will be negotiated and are not automatic. Should activity increase the Hospital reserves the right to negotiate fees downwards.
