The Coastal Infrastructure Protection Programme (CIPP) (subject of this contracts being procured) is part of the Dublin to Rosslare Railway line environs. The CIPP will provide for enhanced climate resilience to the railway infrastructure network. IE wishes to procure a multi-disciplinary consultant to undertake the preparation of the project design, statutory approval processes and construction supervisor to project and programme closeout for the CIPP programme.
