• be cloud based SaaS and accessible via any device at any time;
• data hosted within the EEA;
• be easy to use with minimum training required;
• allow for multilevel permissions;
• be highly secure with up to date security features (including multi-factor authentication);
• have a high level of built in reporting at individual, team, business unit and organisational level;
• be capable of handling up to 5 000 users, completely segregated at operating company level;
• allow for the migration of data from the existing system.
Duration: 36 months
Description of renewals: This contract is for 3 years with an option to extend by a further 2 years.
