A nationwide condition survey of buildings in the Tusla estate is required to determine their condition and identify works required to meet ongoing maintenance requirements is one of the key projects identified in the Tusla estates strategy. Tusla now wishes to undertake a comprehensive on site condition survey of all buildings in its estate. The survey is intended to gather accurate empirical information regarding the scope, nature, and condition of each building, together with cost estimates in respect of both works necessary to attain a defined acceptable standard and an annual maintenance regime in each case.
