Building Services (M&E) Engineering Services for major extension at St Aloysius College, Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork. Current enrolment is 791 pupils and the projected long-term enrolment is 1000. In summary, the project will comprise:
Section A:
— general classrooms and practical rooms, giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 3 295.6 m.
Section B:
— two classroom SEN Base giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 524.4 m;
— giving gross floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases and lift: 3 990 m.
Also external:
— secure hard and soft play area 200 m;
— sensory garden 100 m;
— 6 parking spaces.
• Please note: once appointed, the Design Team (DT) will be tasked with the provision of interim temporary accommodation.
