A Multi-disciplinary Design Team and Technical Advisory Team for the Delivery of the Athlone Wayfinding and Interpretation Strategy and Castle Environs Public Realm Enhancement Scheme
Westmeath County Council (WCC) is seeking to improve the visitors experience of Athlone. The project will develop a Wayfinding and Interpretation Strategy, Implementation Plan design and manage the delivery of a Public Realm Enhancement Scheme in the environs of Athlone Castle.
WCC now intend to engage the services of an Architect led Design Team and Technical Advisory Team, including the supervisory services of a Resident Engineer (Project Team/The Consultant).
The consultant shall appoint a Project Manager for the scheme, and he/she shall have overall responsibility for the management, delivery, and implementation of the project.
The Project team will include all other specialist services, necessary or desirable, to manage all stages in the delivery of the ‘Athlone Wayfinding and Interpretation Strategy and Castle Environs Public Realm Enhancement Scheme’.
