As part of this process a Notified Body (NoBo)is required to carry out an independent assessment (Assessment of Compliance) to ensure compliance with all the latest requirements provided by the CRR. Roughan & O’Donovan Consulting Engineers (ROD) have been engaged by Waterford City & County Council (WCCC) to undertake the preliminary and detailed design required for the Waterford City Public Infrastructure Project.
