Upon completion of the project the successful candidate will be required to deliver a fully completed Operations and Maintenance Manual (fully indexed, electronic version) incorporating a safety file and as constructed drawings, BIM model (to level 2 coordination) for the as‐built situation. The work will involve significant management and coordination with the University and their consultants as well as third-party service providers. The site is located within a live university campus comprising c. 29 000 students and 3 500 staff. The works must have minimum disruption on the daily operations of the University. The applicant is required to demonstrate the capacity of its management personnel to deliver similarly complex projects in similar environments.
