In some cases, good-as-new second-hand solutions may be considered and for some projects bespoke storage solutions may be required, made to the specifications provided by the NMI, in consultation with the successful tenderer.

It will also include the completion of risk assessments for every new working environment and situation, to ensure the framework supplier staff, NMI staff, general public, collections and non-collection objects are safe before movement takes place.
