NUI Galway is seeking to appoint a single point design team (SPDT); comprising architect as team leader, civil and structural engineering, building services engineering and project supervisor design process. The SPDT will operate as a single integrated team under a single appointment.

The project will be progressed in full compliance with the capital works management framework. The anticipated total project cost has been estimated at EUR 39 million; including VAT, fees, etc.
