All medical resources proposed for service delivery must be registered on the specialist division of the register and must possess at least 18 monthsโ€™ professional experience. For the avoidance of doubt, the framework member shall ensure that locum consultants or non-consultant hospital doctors shall not provide any services pursuant to this framework agreements unless otherwise agreed in advance with the contracting authority.
