In the first instance, the successful framework member shall assist the Contracting Authority in recruiting nurses and healthcare assistants. Potentially, the Contracting Authority may also utilise the services of the successful framework member to recruit other allied health professionals, including (as an example) physiotherapists, radiographers, speech and language therapists and laboratory staff.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide both a direct recruitment service, whereby candidates are identified, recruited and on-boarded on behalf of the Contracting Authority and may also be required to provide strategic support and advice to the Contracting Authority regarding its ongoing recruitment activities.
