In accordance with Article 55 (1) of Directive 2014/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on public procurement the NTMA abandoned this tender process as permitted by section 4.7 (f) (Right to Amend or Terminate the Tender Process) of the RFT. The NTMA has concluded that substantial/material amendments are required to the RFT such that a new competition is required to procure these services.
