Quantity surveying services for additional accommodation at Presentation Girls Primary School, Maynooth, Co. Kildare. Presentation Girls Primary School is a Catholic primary school under the patronage of the Diocese of Dublin.
Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation.
In summary, the project will comprise:
• 2 general classrooms including WCs and storage 80 m each
• 3 SET rooms 15 m each.
Total floor area including circulation, internal walls and staircases = 372.4 m
Also
• existing classrooms to be reconfigured into a 2 classroom early intervention unit 160 m.
Total floor area including circulation for alteration 190 m.
The attached schedule of accommodation for early intervention units can only be used as a guide and no external areas are provided for in this project. The accommodation for this Unit is to be reconfigured within the constraints of this 190 m accommodation agreed.
