Section A:

Giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of: 164.5 m.
Section B:
• 2 classroom SEN base 343.2 m,
• giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 439 m.
Giving a gross floor area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls) of 604 m.
Also:
• secure hard and soft play area 200 m,
• sensory garden 100 m,
• 6 parking spaces.
Also:
• demolition of 1 prefab 80 m.
