This contract is for South West Region of Ireland (Region 1) which includes five local authorities for which Cork County Council is the lead authority for the region.
The region contains approximately 77 633 public streetlights which are required to be retrofitted with energy efficient street lighting luminaires and will also include:
โ€ข initial inspection of assets;
โ€ข design, supply, installation and testing of LED retrofit;
โ€ข safe disposal and recycling of redundant lanterns and redundant ancillary supports and electrical equipment/wiring;
โ€ข column replacement (5 %);
