Road Safety Authority (RSA)

The RSA is seeking to establish a multi-party framework for the provision of learning and development services under the following lots:
Lot 1: Business and personal skills training;
Lot 2: Project management and change management training;
Lot 3: Compliance training;
Lot 4: IT Training;
Lot 5: Management training.
Tenderers may bid for any/all of the lots. The framework will be established with the top 5 scoring tenderers under each lot (if such number exists following evaluation). All contracts awarded under the framework (if any) will be awarded via mini competition.
‘The RSA intends to hold a tenderers' briefing in respect of this RFT on 12.3.2020 in Dublin, Ireland. Tenderer's wishing to attend must submit a message via the eTenders messaging facility no later than 12.00 noon (Irish Local Time) on 10.3.2020 confirming their interest in attending (see clause 4.6 of the RFT)’
