HBS Procurement, acting on behalf of South East Community Healthcare (SECH), wishes to establish contract agreements (hereafter the ‘Contract’) with suitably qualified Service providers (hereafter ‘Tenderers’) to provide Pharmacy Services (hereafter ‘the Services’) for 6 Community Hospitals for the Elderly located in Waterford, Wexford and South Tipperary.
