Site No 1 — Cliona Park Phase 3: Housing at Cliona Park, Moyross, Limerick comprising 18 No two/three storey dwelling units including: 5 No 3 bedroom units, 9 No 2 bedroom units and 4 No 1 bedroom units, adjustments to roads and construction of new surface water pumping station and attenuation tank.
Site No 2 — Sheep Street: Housing at the junction of Meatmarket Lane, Sheep Street and Athlunkard Street, Limerick comprising 8 No units in a three storey apartment block including; 6 No 3 bedroom apartments/duplexes and 2 No 2 bedroom apartments, works to boundaries, balconies, footpaths/road works, and front and rear landscaping.
