Dublin City Council, library services, proposes to establish a multi-party framework agreement for 2 years, for the supply and delivery of library furniture. Dublin City Council Libraries reserves the right, at its discretion, to extend the term for a period or periods of up to twelve (12) months with a maximum of two (2) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Dublin City Council’s obligations at law. The term will not exceed four (4) years in aggregate.
The requirements will include the provision of library shelving, library furniture and bespoke furniture to offer full library solutions. Some element of complimenting of existing furniture will also be required.
The framework requires the highest quality of furniture product service and the appointed framework tenderer’s will be expected to negotiate the best possible price for materials on behalf of the client.

6) The framework agreement is primarily for use by the Libraries section, Culture, Recreation and Economic Services Department, but may also be extended for use by other divisions of Dublin City Council as requirements arise.
