In summary, the services comprise:
The provision of an employee assistance service providing a support programme to include management support and counselling services for framework clients (as defined at clause 1.4). The service available under this framework will reflect contemporary practices and knowledge which will be provided by suitably qualified persons (as defined at Appendix 1, section 3.0) with access to appropriate forms of professional support.
