The type of works contracts to be awarded from this framework include but are not limited to the following: rapid response works with a maximum 2-hour response time required, retrofitting works, refurbishment of fire damaged and derelict properties, improvement works and extensions to local authority properties and ancillary social housing related contract works. It is intended to utilise this framework agreement for maintenance and refurbishment works to Clare Library Service Properties, Clare Fire Service Properties and other properties in the ownership of Clare County Council. Successful tenderers will also be required to work using existing and any future Clare County Council software systems.
