Clúid Housing reserves the right to award contacts to the most economically advantageous tenderer for 1 or both lots. If tenderers apply for both lots they must demonstrate to the satisfaction of Clúid Housing that they have the capability (financial and technical) to deliver all of the requirements of both contracts concurrently.
Design, manufacture, supply and delivery of residential units to site. Site works including but not restricted to site preparation, foundations and ground floor slabs, site services and connections to utility services, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping, installation of the volumetric housing units on site. Associated internal and external finishes and completions and all other site specific ancillary accommodation as required provision of safety file. The development must fully comply with all legal and statutory requirements (including but not limited to BC(A)R and planning approval). This competition relates to social housing development at Hepburn Court, Co. Laois.
