The following specialist works are required:
— The operation of the proposed white-water rafting centre requires all water to be treated to the equivalent of outdoor swimming pool quality with an approximate total water volume of 8 770 m
• 3 no 2.2 m diameter sand filter vessels;
• 5 no centrifugal filters;
• 1no algaecide 1 500 litre bulk tank;
• 1no sodium hypochlorite 1 500 litre bulk tank;
• 1no hydrochloric acid 1 500 litre bulk tank (approx. 1.5 m diameter);
• 2no strainers;
• 2no UV units;
• back wash tank;
• all associated electrical equipment;
• all associated delivery hoses, pipework and valves.
