Horse Racing Ireland has a requirement for the provision of professional trusteeship services. The professional Trustee will be appointed to three schemes:
(a) HRI and RRB and associated companies defined contribution employee benefits plan;
(b) Horse Racing Ireland and Racing Regulatory Body Superannuation Fund 2007;
(c) Leopardstown Club Ltd Group Retirement Plan.
Horse Racing Ireland is now seeking to appoint a Professional Trustee to the Trustee Board of these schemes to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and to ensure adherence to best practice with respect to the administration of the schemes.
