Description of renewals:

Following the expiry of the initial 3-year managed equipment service contract, title to the equipment shall pass to the contracting authority. As a recurring option that may be availed, seven subsequent 1-year contracts for the support and maintenance of the equipment and the provision of related consumables may be awarded.

Description of options:

The contracting authority shall have the option to extend this contract beyond the initial 3-year duration. Additionally, the contracting authority shall have the option to upgrade the equipment during the contract's maximum potential duration of 10 years.
