• giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 439.3 m.
Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls, stairs and lift) of 516 m.
Also:
• secure hard and soft play area 200 m;
• sensory garden 100 m;
• 6 parking spaces.
