• giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls) of 439 m
Giving a gross floor area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls) of 604 m
Also:
• secure hard and soft play area 200 m
• sensory garden 100 m
• 6 parking spaces
Also:
• demolition of 1 Prefab 80 m
