Please note that this project is Phase 2 of a larger project. Phase 1 comprises four general classrooms, a technology room and a DCG room. Phase 1 is currently close to tender stage.
In summary, this Phase 2 project will comprise:
Section A:
— 4 x general classrooms 58.6 m each;
— 1 x construction studies room 149 m;
— 1 x project store 16.4 m;
— student and staff toilets 39.5 m;
— locker space 36 m;
— giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 420.2 m.
Section B:
— two classroom SEN base 409.7 m;
— giving a floor area including circulation and internal walls of 524.4 m;
— giving gross floor area for Sections A and B incl. staircases and lift: 1 065 m.
Also external:
— secure hard & soft play area 200 m;
— sensory garden 100 m;
— 6 parking spaces;

The scope of works requirements may be extended to include additional works of a similar nature at the discretion of the contracting authority. All additional scope of works are subject to the restrictions as set out in Article 72 of Directive 2014/24/EC (Regulation 72, SI 284 of 2016).
