Please see attached project brief and schedule of additional accommodation
In summary, the project will comprise:
• 9 x mainstream classrooms 80 m each (to replace 6 prefabs)
• additional toilets 19 m
Giving a floor area incl circulation, staircases, lift and internal walls of: 1 076 m
Also:
Demolition of existing 6 prefabs 480 m.
